Month 1 PT Schedule –This schedule is good at getting you back into shape when you have an upcoming PT test. It takes about four weeks to get you into some kind of shape for a 2-2-2 PT test, while it cannot guarantee that you do pass, it should point you in the right direction. This schedule combines some classic just running patterns tied in with a few P90X workouts. This working really helped me get back into shape and shaved 3:10 off of my 2 mile run. However I did not improve on my sit ups or push-ups.
