In February of 2021, I joined the Brittany Nigh Team and contributed to the $19.1 million in team sales volume in 2021, which earned our team the First Weber Chairman’s Award, and top 10 in sales for the Southeastern Wisconsin region. Since the start of 2022, our team is ranked number two in Washington County, Wisconsin for total sales volume at $9.5 million, with our average sale price of $411,000.

MRP – Military Relocation Professional
The Military Relocation Professional certification is for real estate professionals who work with current and former military service members. The MRP certification program educates REALTORS® about working with U.S. service members and their families and veterans to find the housing solutions that best suit their needs and to take full advantage of available benefits and support.
PSA – Pricing Strategy Advisor
The Pricing Strategy Advisor is a National Association of REALTORS® certification program specifically designed to enhance a REALTORS® skills in pricing properties, creating CMAs, working with appraisers, and guiding clients through the anxieties and misconceptions they often have about home values.
